What cookies and storage do
Cookies are small files placed in a browser. Similar browser storage can remember a setting without being a cookie. This site currently uses local storage to remember the response made in the cookie banner. It does not operate analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking.
Categories
| Category | Purpose | Example | Typical Duration | User Control |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | Core functionality | Cookie preference | Session / persistent | Limited |
| Analytics | Usage measurement | No analytics identifier is implemented | Not active | Not applicable |
| Functional | Preferences | Display preference | Varies | Available |
Your choices
Use Accept All, Reject Non-Essential or Preferences in the banner. Because optional analytics are not implemented, these choices currently affect the stored preference rather than enabling a tracking service. Preferences provides a usable way to change your choice. You can also remove site data through browser settings.
Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies through Settings or Privacy. Search your browser’s help menu for “clear site data” or “manage cookies”. Blocking storage may affect preference handling but will not prevent access to editorial pages.
Updates
We will update this policy if the site introduces a new storage technology or optional service. Review the policy before using a changed control. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
